Individual Interview

“ I’ve had a couple of falls without my rollator and now need my rollator to get up and go to the bathroom, but it is hard to maneuver around my small room.”

“ I use my rollator to go to church. I struggle to move it around the pew’s and eventually I have to leave it to be able to get through and sit.”

Ideation Pt. 2

After the review I went back to the drawing board and started
to redesign the rollator.

The biggest challenge I faced was engineering the rollator to have an adjustable width without adjusting the height.
